- To provide notifications/announcements

Your personal data may be shared, pursuant to Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, with:
- Companies providing server hosting services
- Foreign service providers such as Google Play Services and Firebase
- Authorized public institutions in case of legal obligations
Foreign service providers operate under their own data protection policies. Ulaksoft Bilgi Teknolojileri is not responsible for any breaches originating from these providers' systems.
5. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds
Data is collected automatically in digital form during the use of the application and is processed based on the following legal grounds:
- Establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c)
- Legitimate interests of the data controller (KVKK Art. 5/2-f)
- Your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1)
6. Limitation of Developer Liability
Ulaksoft Bilgi Teknolojileri does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or full compatibility with user expectations.
No liability is accepted for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the application.
By using the application, users are deemed to have accepted these conditions.
7. Right to Modify and Terminate the Service
Ulaksoft Bilgi Teknolojileri reserves the right to change the content, scope, or features of the application or to remove the application entirely without prior notice.
In such cases, users cannot make any claims or demands for compensation.
8. Your Rights as a Data Subject
According to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights as a data subject:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used appropriately
- To know the recipients to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad
- To request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request notification of corrections or deletions to third parties
- To object to results derived against you by automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage
- To request deletion of your data
